Small
(MS Windows) utility to assist in sizing windows, popups,
browser tables, etc., at design-time. WindowSizer is a transparent window
with markings for 640 x 480, 800 x 600, and 1024 x 768. You run it on top
of your design program or browser, allowing it to show through WindowSizer.
You can set the degree of transparency and the colors. It also has a cursor-location
read-out function. It's very small and it's free. There's no installer for
it - just unzip it to any folder and create a shortcut to it.

(MS Windows) utility, this is a very lightweight loan calculator. Enter loan
balance, interest rate, and length of period in years, and it will show you
the monthly payment, plus how much of that is interest and how much is principal.
It's very small and it's free. There's no installer for it - just unzip it
to any folder and create a shortcut to it.
GoalMeter™

You
set a monthly financial goal. GoalMeter™ will run in the background in
your system tray (next to the clock), and with a click, you can see where
you should be at this point in the month. Or if you have a fixed income, such
as a salary or rental income, you can use it to track how much you've earned
to date this month, up-to-the-minute.
You can download the trial version and test it out before you buy. If you
decide to keep it, it costs a mere $20 (per computer).
